"I certainly must agree with Margo G. that there are some wonderful people at Boardwalk that are truly a pleasure to deal with.

Ever since a Jeep dealer in Tulsa turned my '87 Wrangler into a very large paperweight, I've had an inherent mistrust of all car dealerships. Boardwalk has earned my trust over several years and they have never let me down.

We purchased a new Corvette in 2006 at Boardwalk from Carl Jackson. He was great to deal with and was willing to work very hard to get us the deal we wanted.

We also own a diesel Jeep Liberty which was purchased in Oklahoma because you couldn't get the diesels out here.

Boardwalk has done all of the repairs and recall service (my husband does all of the routine maintenance) for both of our vehicles. Justin Mills has handled our Chevy service and Rome handled our most recent Jeep service and they are both professional and easy going.

Their great shuttle service is super helpful on busy mornings and is just another example of their customer focus.

We are quite demanding customers and we normally know exactly what we need before we go in for a recall or service.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Sales Department and Chevy/ Jeep Service Area. Their prices are fair and their service is top notch.

"Great service at Boardwalk Auto!

I bought my 2002 PT Cruiser in late 2001 and have always taken it to Boardwalk Auto Center for any problems. They have always done everything possible to solve the problem...even when I had to take the car back in a couple of times, they rented a car for me and really bent over backwards to make things as easy as possible for me. Rick Arslanian heads a great service department and I've gotten great help from Rome Souza, Rick Castillo and Michael Polonsky. Everyone is very helpful...when I'm standing in the valet area, every employee who walks by me asks if I've been helped. Recently, I had a problem that couldn't be identified. After my extended warranty had expired, it was still going on and I brought it in. They found the problem and still honored the already expired warranty. Can't get much better than that!.

"Boardwalk Nissan, Redwood City vs....

Boardwalk Nissan in Redwood City has great customer service. They were charming, kind, knowledgable and it didn't feel like your typical auto shop. They are super busy there, but very efficient. They kept my car forever (almost 5 days!) due to a part on order, but do ask for a rental car; they can make it happen. I was very pleased with the shuttle service home - what a lovely touch not to have to have someone pick me up! I would recommend them highly, unlike the horrible experience I had at the Nissan dealer in Colma, CA. Colma was unprofessional, rude, and had no time to help me (and I had an appointment!). They then "couldn't find" my appointment so I drove back home (35 miles away) having nothing fixed on my car. The Colma store told me they too would have to keep my truck, but they gave me a $135 bill for a rental - when my truck is on warranty!!! Complete Idiots in Colma; worth the drive to Redwood City.?
